Skagit River Park (SRP)
Burlington WA 98233 The drive from Everett to Burlington is a pleasant drive on I-5 through mostly rural countryside. The distance from Everett to the Skagit River Soccer Park in Burlington is approximately 38 miles and under normal driving condition, should take about 45 minutes. Skagit River Park North Entrance is located on the corner of Gilkey and Skagit Streets. Skagit River Park South Entrance is located on Whitmarsh Road just south of where Pease and Anacortes Streets connect. Heading North or South on I-5: Take the George Hopper Rd. - Exit 229. Turn EAST off of the exit until Burlington Blvd. At Burlington Blvd., go straight until Pease Rd. Turn right on Pease Rd. After you cross the RR tracks, the road will turn sharply to the left. This becomes Anacortes Rd. Follow Anacortes Road .5 miles until you come to Gilkey Rd. Take a right on Gilkey Rd until you come to the entrance of Skagit River Park on your right. Volunteers will guide you from there. Located alongside the beautiful Skagit River, the tournament this year will be played at the Skagit River Soccer Park Complex in Burlington, Washington. We have fifteen fields in one location. The new fields are located across from the back parking on the West side of the road. The Skagit River Soccer Park Complex was built just five years ago and will provide a wonderful setting for our tournament this year. All the fields are grass and we will have a festive and fun atmosphere going for this year's tournament with all the fields located at one location. The city of Burlington is located 58 miles North of Seattle and 75 miles North of SeaTac Airport. Traffic can be horrific through Seattle and in parts of Everett from 3 P.M. to after 6 P.M. weeknights, so plan your arrival and transit accordingly. Since Burlington is a small rural community (a stunningly beautiful part of Washington), there are fewer accommodations located close to the fields, as has been the case in past years. If you prefer to be located near the soccer complex, you should make your hotel arrangements as soon as possible.
