Welcome to the web page for the 15th annual adidas Evergreen International Tournament. This year’s tournament will be held on July 25 – 28th in Burlington, WA. The application deadline has past but we are still looking for a BU-14 and a GU-14 team to participate. Contact me a director@evergreentournament.com if your team would like to play.

Evergreen Gets it Going

It looks like we’ll have about 190 teams at this year’s tournament. All the games will be played at the Skagit River Soccer Park since they have planted an additional 40 acres in grass this year. I’ve been up to look at the new fields and they look very nice. Hotel space is very limited in the Burlington/Mt. Vernon area, as many of you know. Sandy at First Travel & Cruise still has some rooms, so please contact her directly at 1-888-339-4446

Burlington is about 75 miles North of the Seattle-Tacoma Airport and is the site of some of the best fields in the state. It is a small rural community with a beautiful setting for soccer. This will be our third year at the Burlington facility and we are very excited about playing there again this coming year. It will be very nice to have the entire tournament at one venue this year. Maps of the field layouts are now on the web and also an area map to help you get to the Skagit River Park. We have also included driving directions to help separate the traffic. If your game is being played on fields 1 thru 9, we ask that you come to the park in one direction. If your game is being played on fields 10 thru 16, we ask that you get there in a different direction. The driving directions should bring you to the correct entrance and avoid some of the traffic bottlenecks that have occurred in the past.

We ask that you leave your dog(s) at home (too many people), but we look forward to a great tournament and lots of fun. So, practice hard and we’ll see you there!
